Our Story
Morgan & Associates started because someone got tired of watching smart leaders fumble through change initiatives. That someone was Diana Morgan. Back in 2011, she realized most companies treated change like a light switch—flip it and expect everyone to adapt immediately. Spoiler alert: that never works. So she built a firm focused on the messy, human side of organizational transformation. We've guided manufacturing firms through digital overhauls, helped financial institutions restructure entire departments, and coached startups as they scaled from 20 people to 200. We're still doing that today, just with a bit more experience under our belts.
